While everyone napped today I built an amp stand for my 68 Princeton Reverb. After a quick google search I watched a video of a guy showing one he made for his Fender Champ and semi-copied his design. It allows for storage of stray pedals underneath and a power cable for my pedalboard can be hidden when not in use. I was pretty surprised with how great it sounded when I brought it back inside. There was a noticeable difference in what I could hear from the amp. It felt much more closer or present, with more clarity. A different low-end as well. It reminds me of the sound when using IEMs. I coulda used a nap, but it was a beauty day and when motivation strikes I swing for the fences.
